mixed vegisI have done a 12 day Master Cleanse with the lemon, water ,cayaenne, and maple syrup.Followed with a laxative tea in the eve and a Saltwater flush in 32 oz of WARM water,Since I made it doing that all 12 days.I know I can have smoothies, juicing and all with different ingredients for the nxet 12 days .I will be having my second colonic Sunday May 17th, 2009 followed by a potluck where 40 people are due to show up.I am getting my mind geared for this.I want a 21 liguid juicing period. We want to watch our budget, yet I know juicing can be  a good amount of money being spent.

In June  2009 to the end of Oct 2009 my hubby and I joined a CSA with a local farmer and we will go pickup our weekly basket of fruits and vegis.I am excited to start this for  it's our first time getting our produce in this way.I myself sell soaps and lotions at our Farmers Market ,so I can buy produce that way,but I feel getting fruits and vegis that I don't get to pick out forces me to eat things in a different way .So I am excited because the box is soon coming.........see ya soon!!!

OMG, now I have to start some new photos.Life goes on .I have my Swiss chard  and Broccoli outside ,but all my starters are inside .
