Man ,for the life of me I try to stick with juicing ,so what I decided was I am going to plan my meals ,drinks whatever I want to call it.I am back to exercise ,I see my fat shrinking.I feel awesome,but my juicing is great all day until dinner time.Mind you dinner has always been my favorite meal to eat.So,I need to keep juice made in advance by just that day (making in advance a few hours)I am working on that.My plan is when I get back to exercise,I will have my drink already waiting for me.
I am getting addicted to exercise and I can’t belive I am actually saying that with my own mouth.I spend 1.5 hours working out 4-6 days a week.I am actually slow jogging on the elliptical.its not too long ,but I am doing it.What helps me alot is watching “THE BIGGEST LOSER”.That show starts in a few weeks Sept 15th or so.Well so long for today.Have a good one.Its Sunday and hubby and I are going for a bicycle ride……You sweat at our age
