What I ate today: AM smoothie of~1 lg leaf Kale,almond milk made with 1/4 C soaked almonds into 2 C artisan fresh water.Add all this back into vita-mix and add 3 frozen strawberries,,1 tsp coconut oil,1 Tbsp Chia seeds with the 2 C almond milk.VERY GOOD!
LUNCH~Raw milkshake that I made up~Coconut water w/coconut meat 1 C crushed ice,1 small red banana,Tab. Artisana almond butter,spear pineapple, touch spiralina.Gave a MILKSHAKE like taste and texture.
Dinner~ate 1bout 1 C Rainier cherries before my salad~HUGE SALAD~Mixed greens with edible flowers,cucumber,tomato,red and green peppers,1avocado But 1/2 went into the dressing and the other 1/2 was cubed with the salad.DRESSING: 1/2 mushed avocado,1/2 C Olive oil,1 lemon juiced,and pinch celtic sea salt~(NOT ALL DRESSING WAS USED)
