Wow,what a great Sunday eve from 5:30 pm-about 8:15 pm .Mike and I drove 1.5 hours to a potluck in the RAW in REDMOND,WA. wow a nice amount of food plenty of salads,rawzana,desserts, and fresh fruits too and all was tasty.I have the most awesome supportave hubby and he sees me loving raw.now Mike is making his own smoothies in the A.M.and salads at work for lunch that he takes to work,he dosen’t buy salads.I took a video I made on our ride to Redmond,I think I will make a small video tommorow when I get around to it.Ok I am at 100 % Raw today.
Oh I had my second colonic Saturday and I was much happier with my results (experience.)I felt so much more energized and well I just can’t quit say the reason for my energy .I just know ”Raw Eating” is a happy thing I just can’t get enough of.The clear skin,brighter eye color,hair color lightning.Its all due to my RAW lifestyle.And at age 50 I plan on many more years ahead with living life to its fullest.
